Registration procedures for summer camp 2007:

For safety reasons, there is a maximum number of children allowed on each site, so your child may be put on a waiting list, depending on the number of children who are already signed up.

• You must fill in the inscription form;
• The $ 20 administrative fee must be paid at the time of inscription;
• If your child has any allergy, please contact the office before your child start the the program;
• L’Escale’s service fees are $30 per child, per attendance;
• When you sign up your child, we recommend that you pay by post-dated cheque, payable to CCRL, to cover the service fees of the program, we will not accept the registration without the payment;
• You must sign the attendance book every time you pick up/drop off your child.
• L’Escale’s operational hours – 7:00 a.mto 6:00 pm – must be respected, otherwise a fee of $1 per minute will be charged (fee to be charged directly by the staff on duty);
• After three (3) warnings, your child will no longer be accepted into the program;
• No refunds will be issued if a child is absent;
• All foods containing peanut or other nuts is strictly forbidden;
• You must give us 2 week notice before you leave the program;
• You must sign to confirm that you have read and understood all of the rules and regulations;

All cheques must be written to the CCRL and sent to our offices, at 920 Huron St., London (Ontario), N5Y 4K4. Receipts will be issued upon request.
